Control AI privacy and review record actions

   Review the data notice

   Open AI assistant → AI transparency & privacy controls. Sending shares your message, displayed context and attached file with OpenAI. Redact secrets and unnecessary personal details, then check the data-notice box.

   Choose record access and history saving

   Both start off. Enable record access for live farm checks. Enable saving if you want new messages added to saved history. Turning saving off does not erase existing history or provider safety records.

   Choose Advisor or Reviewed agent

   Advisor provides advice and enabled record reads. Reviewed agent requires record access and prepares drafts only. Check every field, record, unit, date and side-effect note; choose Approve this action and confirm only the actions you want. For corrections, discard the draft and ask again.

   Verify the result

   Approvals expire in ten minutes and cannot be claimed twice. Open the record screen to verify a completed action. After a failed or uncertain result, inspect existing records before asking for a new draft. If approval setup is unavailable, use the normal record editor.

   Report an issue

   Use Support & requests → Bug for an inaccurate, unsafe or unexpected result. Include the AI page, date, expected result and a redacted example. Avoid credentials or unnecessary personal information.
