Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 6, 2026 · Rules for responsible use of FieldForge and its AI tools.
Use for legitimate farm work
Use FieldForge for lawful recordkeeping, equipment tracking, livestock statistics and vaccination records, inventory, land management, planning and other authorized farm work. Provide truthful information, identify estimates, verify important results and keep human control over consequential decisions. You are responsible for having permission to submit, process or share the data you use.
Prohibited conduct
- Encouraging or facilitating self-harm, violence, cruelty to animals, criminal activity or dangerous circumvention of safety systems.
- Unlawful discrimination, targeted harassment, coercive manipulation, deceptive impersonation or falsely presenting generated material as a verified professional opinion.
- Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery or unlawful deepfakes.
- Stealing credentials, exposing private information, accessing another account's records, bypassing permissions, manipulating billing or evading plan limits.
- Malware, malicious document instructions, unauthorized scanning, attempts to bypass AI review controls or attacks on service availability.
- Using the AI as an autonomous decision-maker for employment, lending, housing, insurance, education, essential services or other high-consequence eligibility decisions.
- Relying on AI to prescribe treatment, confirm legal compliance, steer machinery or authorize unsafe work without the relevant qualified human and source documentation.
Authorized good-faith testing must stay within expressly permitted scope. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately; do not access, alter or disclose other people's data to demonstrate an issue.
Uploads, sharing and AI disclosures
Do not submit passwords, API keys, financial account credentials, government identifiers or unnecessary personal, medical, biometric or employee information. Redact documents before scanning and obtain any required permission from the people whose information they contain. Preserve AI disclosures when presenting generated advice to others. Do not imply FieldForge verified a fact or performed a task when it did not.
AI output and documents cannot grant authorization. Review each proposed record action, verify selected records and check the result after saving. Reject drafts that exceed your intent or contain unsupported details.
Reports and enforcement
Use Support & requests to report abuse, unsafe AI results or security concerns with a redacted example. FieldForge may restrict the affected feature or account while investigating misuse, consistent with applicable law and the Terms. Do not retaliate against people who report concerns.
These rules supplement the AI Policy, Data Use Policy and applicable service-provider rules. They reduce misuse risk; they do not guarantee that every abuse will be prevented.
