Privacy Policy
Last updated August 22, 2026. This policy explains how FieldForge handles information used to provide farm-management services.
Information FieldForge collects
Account information includes your email address, authentication identifiers, membership status, and support communications. Farm information may include equipment, maintenance, livestock, animal-health, breeding, feed, work-order, inventory, financial, pasture, employee, and uploaded document or photo records.
When you deliberately start Tractor GPS, FieldForge collects precise location points, accuracy, speed, heading, timestamps, and the field session you save. FieldForge does not collect background location when you are not using the tracking feature.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts; provide synchronization, reminders, reports, AI assistance, GPS coverage, team collaboration, subscriptions, customer support, security, and legal compliance. It may also be used to prevent fraud and abuse, enforce the Terms, investigate incidents, preserve evidence, respond to claims or lawful requests, and protect users, FieldForge, and others. FieldForge does not sell personal information or use farm records for targeted advertising.
Service providers
FieldForge uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; OpenAI for user-requested AI assistance; Stripe for secure website checkout and subscription management; Twilio for optional telephone support routing, speech recognition, and spoken responses; and RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, or Google Play for native mobile subscription status and purchases. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role and operates under its own privacy terms.
Telephone support
The telephone greeting identifies the automated FieldForge assistant before collecting a question. Twilio processes call audio and converts the caller's question to text; FieldForge sends that text to OpenAI to prepare the spoken response. FieldForge does not enable call recording for this support flow or save the phone transcript in farm records. Call-routing and AI providers may retain operational data under their own policies. Callers can press zero or ask for a live person, end the call, or use the support form instead.
AI and location choices
AI requests may include relevant farm records needed to answer the question or perform the action you requested. Do not submit secrets or information you do not want processed for that request. Precise location is optional and requested immediately before Tractor GPS use. You may deny location permission and continue using other features.
Legal disclosures and business changes
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforceable government requests, safety obligations, fraud prevention, the Terms, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If FieldForge is involved in a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, asset sale, or business transfer, information may be reviewed or transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.
Security, payments, retention, and deletion
FieldForge uses encrypted network connections and account-scoped database policies. No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security, so users should use unique credentials, enable two-factor authentication, restrict roles, and maintain appropriate exports. Website card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by FieldForge. Records are retained while your account is active and as needed for backups, fraud prevention, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. You can permanently delete your account in Settings or initiate an off-app request from the account-deletion page. Paid subscriptions must be canceled separately through the billing provider that processes them.
Children and information about other people
FieldForge accounts are not intended for anyone under 18. Do not create an account for a child. If you enter information about employees, family members, customers, contractors, or other people, you are responsible for having lawful authority and giving required notices. Do not place unnecessary medical, government-identifier, financial-account, or other highly sensitive personal information in farm records or public profiles.
Your choices, non-waivable rights, and contact
You may access and correct records in the app, export eligible records, change device permissions in system settings, and submit privacy or support questions through the FieldForge support page. The Terms do not waive or restrict privacy rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
