Privacy Policy

Account information includes your email address, authentication identifiers, membership status, support communications, and an allowed campaign source when you follow a tracked signup link. That source is shared with Stripe checkout to measure trial and paid subscription acquisition; free service-checklist inputs stay in the page and are not submitted to FieldForge. Farm information may include equipment, maintenance, livestock, animal-health, breeding, feed, work-order, inventory, financial, pasture, employee, and uploaded document or photo records.

When you deliberately start Tractor GPS, FieldForge collects precise location points, accuracy, speed, heading, timestamps, and the field session you save. FieldForge does not collect background location when you are not using the tracking feature.

Information is used to authenticate accounts; provide synchronization, reminders, reports, AI assistance, GPS coverage, team collaboration, subscriptions, customer support, security, and legal compliance. FieldForge does not sell personal information or use farm records for targeted advertising.

FieldForge uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; OpenAI for user-requested AI assistance; Stripe for secure website checkout and subscription management; and RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, or Google Play for native mobile subscription status and purchases. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role and operates under its own privacy terms.

AI requests share the submitted message, displayed conversation context and any attached file with OpenAI. Farm-record access and new conversation saving start off on the AI page. You can independently enable relevant record reads, history saving and reviewed action drafts. Provider safety processing may still retain data; unsaved history does not mean zero retention. Review the data notice before sending, redact unnecessary personal information and never submit credentials. Precise location is optional and requested immediately before Tractor GPS use. You may deny location permission and continue using other features. Location permission does not authorize public sharing.

FieldForge uses encrypted network connections and account-scoped database policies. Website card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by FieldForge. Records are retained while your account is active and as needed for backups, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You can permanently delete your account in Settings or initiate an off-app request from the account-deletion page. Paid subscriptions must be canceled separately through the billing provider that processes them.

You may access and correct records in the app, export eligible records with Pro or Business, change device permissions in system settings, and submit privacy or support questions through the FieldForge support page.
