Terms of Service

FieldForge provides farm recordkeeping, reminders, reporting, AI-assisted workflows, team tools, and visual GPS guidance. You are responsible for accurate records, lawful use, account security, backups appropriate to your operation, and decisions made from the information displayed.

FieldForge Tractor GPS is visual guidance only. It does not steer equipment, detect people or obstacles, or replace training, manufacturer instructions, safety procedures, or attentive operation. Secure the device before moving and stop machinery before interacting with controls.

Each eligible new account may apply one seven-day trial to its first selected Starter, Pro, or Business membership. A payment method is required. The selected membership automatically becomes a monthly paid subscription when the trial ends unless it is canceled through the applicable billing provider beforehand. The offer may be used only once per account, regardless of the tier selected. Website purchases are processed by Stripe and managed through the secure FieldForge billing portal. Apple purchases are managed through your Apple account, and Google Play purchases through your Google account. Deleting a FieldForge account does not itself cancel an active subscription.

AI output can be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. It does not replace a mechanic, licensed veterinarian, agronomist, attorney, accountant, engineer or emergency service. Confirm important recommendations with qualified professionals, original records, product labels and equipment documentation. An AI record draft is not proof of treatment, maintenance, payment, safety or compliance. Review the exact fields and separately approve each record action; no unattended AI execution is provided.

No AI feature or policy guarantees error-free output, zero model drift, absolute security or immunity from legal liability. Applicable legal rights and obligations remain in effect. Read the AI Policy and Data Use Policy.

You retain ownership of your farm records and grant FieldForge permission to host and process them to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content, misuse another person's information, bypass plan limits, probe security without authorization, or use the service to harm people, animals, property, or systems. The Acceptable Use Policy provides rules for lawful use, uploads, security and AI-assisted work.

Internet, GPS, app stores, third-party providers, and devices can affect availability and accuracy. Features and these terms may change as FieldForge develops; material changes will be presented through the service. Questions may be submitted through support.
