Open and upload private profile documents

Restore access to saved equipment, inventory and animal document files.

  1. Open Saved profile documents

    Go to All features → Saved profile documents. Expand a saved record to review its filename, type and summary.

  2. Download the original

    Choose Prepare private download, then Download file. The owner-checked link expires after one minute. Prepare it again if it expires.

  3. Upload a new document

    Expand Upload a private profile document. Select a profile type, profile, document type and file, then Upload private document. Accepted files are PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, DOCX, TXT and CSV up to 20 MB.

Before you rely on the result

Document storage needs the existing membership and storage permissions. Uploading stores the file and metadata; it does not scan it or automatically create other records. Use AI assistant → Scan / upload document for extraction, with its separate 3 MB limit.
